HTVMAX accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The full transaction value will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. For Made To Order, DIY, personalized and selected Decor products, payment will be taken at the time the order is placed.

• All orders are placed online. 
• HTVMAX offers a Free freight charge on orders over $100 (some restrictions apply based on product selection, item, and weight). These freight charges apply only to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico; additional shipping costs may apply.
• All orders are ship standard delivery from our warehouse in Texas.
• HTVMAX does not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.
• HTVMAX is not responsible for package theft.
• HTVMAX is not responsible if wrong address is provided during checkout.

Delivery Dates are Monday-Friday, excluding all major holidays. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. UPS Home Delivery shipments may deliver on Saturdays & Sundays where applicable. Monitor your shipments using UPS My Choice

Return Policy

15 Day Return Policy:

Customers may return items within 15 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BY ONE OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES BEFORE SENDING BACK. customercare@htvmax.com, 

Any return requests may take 2-3 business days to process, once approved you will be issued a RMA-RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION and will expire within 15 days from the date issued. In the event we receive an item without prior authorization, the return may be denied and will not be processed. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to be returned to them. Any unathorized returns not recovered within 10 days from HTVMAX contacting the customer will be disposed.

Customer is required to inspect all items before opening original packaging, in the event an item is damaged or defective you will be required to send proof in order to receive a replacement. PLEASE take pictures and document the condition of all items planned to be returned and send to customercare@htvmax.com along with your order number, you may be required to provide other information in order to complete your claim.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Consumable Material: Material that is consumable, such as vinyl, blades, cutting strips, transfer tape, etc., cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Custom Cut & By the Foot or Yard Orders: Once a custom cut order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Inks: Inks cannot be returned after leaving the warehouse. We provide troubleshooting if needed, should troubleshooting not be successful, the manufacturer must be contacted.

Please note: that once inks are installed, printers are no longer eligible for return. From that point forward, all troubleshooting and warranty exchanges must be handled through the manufacturer.
