Return Policy Overview

We offer a 15-day return window for eligible items. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Please review the full return policy below for complete guidelines.


Return Process

  • Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-approved. Please email us at customercare@htvmax.com to request authorization.

  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): Once approved, an RMA number will be issued. RMAs are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without authorization may be denied. Items returned without approval will not be processed and must be retrieved within 10 days of notice; otherwise, they will be discarded.

  • Customers must inspect all products prior to opening original packaging.

  • For damaged or defective items, please email us photos and a detailed description, along with your order number.

  • Additional information may be required to process a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Consumables: Items such as vinyl, blades, cutting strips, and transfer tape cannot be returned once opened.

  • Custom Cut Orders: Products cut by the foot or yard are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned once the order is placed.

  • Inks: All ink sales are final once shipped. If you experience issues, we provide basic troubleshooting. If further assistance is needed, the manufacturer must be contacted.

  • Printers: Once inks have been installed, the printer is no longer eligible for return. From that point, warranty and support are provided directly by the manufacturer.
