Order Placement

All orders must be placed online through our website. We do not accept orders by phone, email, or other channels.

Free Shipping Offer

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the 48 contiguous United States.

⚠️ Restrictions may apply based on product type, dimensions, or weight.

For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, additional shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are shipped via standard delivery from our warehouse in Texas.

• A physical street address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

• UPS Home Delivery may deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, depending on your location.

To track your shipment, we recommend using UPS My Choice.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at the time of checkout:

• HTVMAX is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If the address is entered incorrectly and the package is undeliverable or lost, additional shipping charges may apply.

Liability

HTVMAX is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
