Shipping Policy
- All orders are placed online.
- HTVMAX offers a Free freight charge on orders over $100 (some restrictions apply based on product selection, item, and weight). These freight charges apply only to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico; additional shipping costs may apply.
- All orders are ship standard delivery from our warehouse in Texas.
- HTVMAX does not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.
- HTVMAX is not responsible for package theft.
- HTVMAX is not responsible if wrong address is provided during checkout.
Delivery Dates are Monday-Friday, excluding all major holidays. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. UPS Home Delivery shipments may deliver on Saturdays & Sundays where applicable. Monitor your shipments using UPS My Choice
